Billing, Purchases & Add-On Packs
How payments work for tags, lost pet adverts, and other FoundYa purchases.
FoundYa's core platform is free. You only pay when you buy a physical tag or a lost pet advert.
What costs money
- Tags - our manufactured tags (Basic aluminium or Smart stainless steel) are one-time purchases. You can also use your own NFC chip for free.
- Lost pet adverts - optional paid boosts (Local, Regional, or National) that promote your lost pet notice. See Lost Pet Adverts for details.
There are no subscriptions, monthly fees, or premium tiers. Every feature on the platform - household access, reminders, messaging, lost mode, Sentinels - is included.
Managing your billing
Go to Account Settings → Billing in the dashboard to:
- View your purchase history and download receipts
- Manage your payment method
- Access the Stripe customer portal for invoice details

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. FoundYa never stores your card details directly.
Refunds
If you have an issue with a purchase, contact us at support@foundya.pet.au and we'll sort it out.
