Lost pet adverts extend your reach beyond Sentinels and scan alerts by promoting your lost pet across targeted channels.
Advert tiers

| Regional | 14 days | Wider region, includes social media sharing tools |
| National | 30 days | Australia-wide reach with social media sharing tools |
Each tier includes a professionally formatted lost pet notice with your pet's photo, name, breed, and last known location.
How to purchase
- Go to your pet's profile and tap Lost Mode
- If lost mode is already active, you'll see the option to Boost with an Advert
- Select the tier that matches your needs
- Complete payment through the secure checkout
Adverts are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. You can buy a higher tier at any time if you want to extend your reach.
Start with a Local advert. Most lost pets are found within a few kilometres of home. If your pet hasn't been found after a few days, upgrade to Regional or National.
What happens when your pet is found
If your pet is found before the advert expires, mark them as found in the app. The advert will be taken down automatically and you can share a reunion story with the community.
