Reminders & Calendar
Set up reminders for vet visits, medications, flea treatments, and other pet care tasks.
Never miss a vet appointment or medication dose again. FoundYa's reminder system keeps your pet's care schedule organised and shared across your household.
Creating a reminder
- Go to the Activity tab in the dashboard or app
- Tap Reminders → New Reminder
- Fill in the details:
- Title - e.g. "Flea treatment", "Annual vaccination", "Grooming appointment"
- Pet - which pet the reminder is for
- Date and time - when the task is due
- Recurrence - one-time, weekly, monthly, or custom intervals
- Assignee - optionally assign to a specific household member
Calendar view
Switch to the Calendar tab within Activity to see all upcoming reminders in a monthly or weekly view. Tap any date to see what's due.
Use recurring reminders for regular care tasks like monthly flea treatments or quarterly worming. Set them once and FoundYa will keep you on schedule.
Notifications
You'll receive a push notification when a reminder is due. Make sure push notifications are enabled in your notification preferences.
Household members assigned to a reminder will also be notified.
Editing and deleting
Tap any reminder to edit its details, change the assignee, or delete it. For recurring reminders, you can edit a single occurrence or all future occurrences.
