Medical Records & Vet Contacts
Store vaccination certificates, microchip details, and vet clinic information alongside your pet's profile.
Keep your pet's health documents and vet details in one place, accessible to your whole household.
Adding medical records
- Go to your pet's detail page in the dashboard
- Open the Medical Records section
- Tap Add Record
- Upload a file (PDF or image) - vaccination certificates, desexing papers, blood test results, or any other health document
- Add a title and optional notes
Records are stored securely and visible only to your household members.
Info
Medical records are not shown on the public tag profile. They're private to your household. If you want a finder or vet to know about a medical condition, add it to the pet's behaviour or notes field instead.
Adding vet contacts
Vet contacts are managed separately from medical records:
- Go to Account Settings → Emergency Contacts
- Add a contact with type vet
- Enter the clinic name, phone number, and optionally the email
Vet contacts are displayed on your pet's public tag profile so a finder can call your vet directly if your pet is injured or needs urgent care.
What to store
- Vaccination certificates - proof of up-to-date vaccinations
- Microchip registration - number, registry, and registration date
- Desexing certificate - often required by councils
- Allergy and medication records - current prescriptions, known allergies
